The room had a stunning view while the ceiling was too low for taller guests.

The hotel impresses with its friendly staff and a well-prepared breakfast, especially the fresh fruits. The room was spacious with a shared balcony offering a glimpse of the Matterhorn, and the housekeeping ensured everything was spotless. However, the steam room in the spa was out of order during our visit, which was disappointing, and there was a slight noise issue from the street that interrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance.

Fantastic stay with great service!
Just came back from a stay in room 114. Super spacious and modern! Loved the spotless bathroom and this shared balcony was such a bonus. The staff was so welcoming, especially when we had tons of questions about fondue options. The location was perfect—only a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant gets busy during peak hours.

Outstanding breakfast options made mornings delightful.
The check-in process was infuriatingly slow, taking 20 minutes with no one at the reception desk. Additionally, I struggled with the Wi-Fi connection, which was slow and often dropped out, seriously impacting my ability to stay connected. The hotel’s distance from the train station was a hassle, requiring a 15-20 minute walk while dragging oversized luggage.

I stayed in the Tradition Double Room, and it was super comfy with a really nice balcony and a partial Matterhorn view. The room felt fresh and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bathroom was big and clean, and there was enough space for all our stuff. Only downside was the shower—low water pressure. Overall, pretty cozy vibe here.
